The room was neat and nicely furnished and had a bidet. The views of the sea were exceptionally good, I appreciated it. The staff were consistently courteous and incredibly nice. The location was good, away from the city making it easy to get transport.

We really enjoyed the well-maintained rooms and the convenient location near a quiet beach and the restaurant.

The location was ideal, in the field in morning, the hotel overlooked lake. Further, it was near to a decent sized private beach as well as a lake and a beach. We had a nice size room with climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen television.

Very courteous staff, particularly good views of the sea, everything is good. It has neat and well furnished rooms with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge.

Stunning location, good area.

Excellent and beautiful location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The room was neat, with the chargeable snacks and a safe, for example, slept really well.

The cozy suite we stayed in had a particularly good view of the sea. The hotel's location was very close to extra activities like throw ball, cricket, a kid's play area, Paradise Beach, garden.

This place is located close to paradise beach through the resort's back gate and a clinic. It's also near the main tourist areas, making it easy to explore.

The room was neat and nicely furnished with exceptionally good views of the beach and the sun-rise. The bathroom was spacious with a bidet, a drier, and robes. The location of the hotel was particularly good, near the restuarant.

The room was nicely furnished, neat and included climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television. The breakfast was satisfactory with good choice of goodies. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal in the beach area. We dined at a super nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

Lovely beach access, clean and peaceful environment, attentive staff, well-maintained private beach, enjoyable indoor games and amenities, reasonable package for lake facing villas.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Overall the property is very well located near the beach with great views. Excepting for Mr Shibu Varghees who I would classify as a "bad apple" the staff are actually very nice, helpful and polite. The food is very good with good variety and emphasis on hygiene. The Ayurvedic spa is excellent and a must for anyone who visits this resort.

The front office manager Mr. Shibu Varghees is very unprofessional and rude. He basically was not ready to honour the Booked.net confirmation with regard to price and wanted to charge us 40% extra. Thanks to Booked.net and Jay Vara in particular who explianed him his responsibilities else we would have been cheated. This person would be a nightmare for travellers fron Europe and the us who are used to professionalism and polite mannerisms. I being a British Indian somehow managed to negotiate with him but honestly Western tourists can't be bothered to deal with him. Other than him the rest of the resort staff and facilities are excellent on par with other international resorts.

The location was stunning, just next door to beautiful surroundings, clean beach and the restaurant. It also was within 10 min walking distance to Paradise Beach.

The food was excellent. The room was outstanding. Ayurvedic Spa was very good. All the staff were delightfully polite, helpful and very cheerful - a pleasure.

The transport connections were somewhat limited given the location. There were auto rickshaws parked 5 mins away but seemingly no way to contact them - something that could be put right so that guests could have a choice of transport into Pondicherry.
